Military members and civilian families beware. Do NOT sign a lengthy lease with this company in case you have to pack up and go. We signed an fullfilled our original (12 month) lease and was strongarmed into signing another instead of going month to month. Big mistake! Just over 3 months in of our 6 month lease I found out that my company had lost their contract therefore forcing us to relocate. ReMax was not willing to work with us and required us to pay a 2 months rent admin fee instead of just keeping our deposit which would've been fine for us. That would've allowed them financial coverage for 2 months to get new tenants.

Bad experience. I’ve never had a problem with remax until I used this location. The lady that I deal with is very short and rude. I’ve had problem after problem with the house I’m renting with things constantly falling apart. They don’t want to help with anything and take forever to come out. They put bandaids on everything instead of actually fixing it Bc they don’t want to spend any money on fixing their property’s. First, my sun roof was leaking water into my house and flooding the floor. They put a blue tarp on my roof that is tacky and didn’t actually fix the problem, so moisture and everything else comes inside the house. Now, my back door is coming off the frame completely leaving a huge gap at the top and the bottom, so now moisture and bugs can come inside. Not to mention the fact that I can’t even lock my door now and I’m worried about safety. I have very small children and now I’m also concerned that mold or whatever is going to come in my house due to the moisture being able to come inside. The lady is never concerned and tells me they will get out soon. Even though I think it’s orettt URGENT. I will never be doing business with this place again!! So unfriendly and unprofessional.
Was a former employee. Not willing to progress or listen to employees. I was let go just two weeks in because I confronted them about my pay. They did not like me standing up for myself. They just want to run over who ever works for them to make as much money as possible. They talk to employees as if they were children. The security over their files is very poor. I would be careful giving them any personal information.
