Teresa helped us every step of the way. Before she could place a for sell sign up we had two appointments for viewing. Each made offers and one was for full asking price! In looking for a new home that would be easy for two seniors, one on a walker/cane she made sure we had plenty of time and her attention. We wanted a peaceful area, one story, quality workmanship but still close to kids, grandkids and medical. She found it on our 40th anniversary! She answered all questions, offered solutions and made suggestions that made this process so easy. We literally left it all to her and we are so glad we did. Patti is amazing! We had some issuea arise during the buying process, but she handled herself like a prodessional. Our interest was her priority and she ensured that we had strong representation at closing. Our closing was difficult for several reasons, but Patti was there to support us. She really is a great agent. She is tough when needed and fair to all parries.
