I purchased a property from them in December 2012 and I have nothing but issues with the property. Its funny how all the problems started right after the builder's warranty expired but the first one started not even a year after I purchased the property. The first problem was my roof leaked thru my bedroom which damaged my bedroom furniture as well as the bed mattresses. The contractor who did the roof forgot to lay a piece of wood during the original building process and this led to the leak. Then my laundry room started leaking after it rained (this is after the builder's warranty expired). Found out this is due to the contractors who built the house did a poor job in the laundry room. they created a who in the wall for the dryer hose but then decided not to use that whole and created another whole. The first one they sealed up with a can (yes a can it almost looks like a tuna can just hollower) and some aluminum foil and after so many raining sessions it finally bolted and now the rain water flows into my laundry room and I am stuck with getting this fixed. Now on the side of house the siding is coming off and it hasn't even been 3 years yet.The kitchen squirter doesn't work very well as well as the light socket on the porch does not work either. When it is hot outside and the front door heats up it makes a crackling noise that is loud and annoying. The air conditioner sometimes completely powers off as if someone unplugged it although it is still plugged up and stayed off for hours. No one seems to know what is wrong with it; this is the worst home buying experience ever.
On several occasions, requests for maintenance service on the house took a LONG time to be addressed -- one experience actually went unresolved our entire time renting the house. I understand there's a lot of responsibility to be dealt to the owners of the house, and the contractors they use for work, but I still feel the maintenance part of this office lacked in communication greatly. Overall, in terms of just going through the rental process, paying monthly, and any questions about the lease, the office was helpful and professional.
Loved working with my realtor at Larry Miller Realty. She was very educated and helped me find my dream home! Plus, we closed one week before I gave birth to my child and they made it so easy!! We couldn't be happy with the job they did!
