Easy access. And free use of a truck. Nice!
I was not happy with the service I received at this facility. I used the facility's truck one time for move-in and when I wanted to use it again I was interrogated and told I had already used it once. I said I didn't know there was a limit. She said it wasn't. If that's the case why am I being questioned and why would you mentioned I already used it once. I explained to her I was a single female moving my stuff alone and therefore ran out of time the first day and needed it again. Due to the unavailability of the truck I had to rent a uhaul. I only chose the place because they were supposed to have two trucks for use. I never say more than one.
We recently rented a unit on short notice. Paris helped us and was extremely sweet and informative. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking in the area!
Prior to today, for the past couple of months the customer service I had been receiving I was not pleased with to say the least. I went in today to pay my bill and Mrs.Cherie was very helpful and understanding and was very apologetic about my past experiences. She was so nice and really made up for the bad feelings I had about this company.
I had the unit less than a week at this time. Due to poor customer service, I decided to remove my belongings. Due to me having to rent a U-Haul I removed my stuff on the 1st of the month. Instead of pro-rating my time I am responsible for paying $89 for the 1 day, plus a late fee. Again, that's poor customer service. I don't recommend them. I will send them their money this week and never use them again. Beware.
