Hot pizza on time. Great online deal of 2 for the price of one. Tasted good, sausage a little rubbery.
Past three times ive ordered a half and half large pizza, one half supreme the other half cheese, only one quarter is supreme the rest is cheese. I asked in the phone politely before ordering this last time if they could make sure it was evenly divided and was reassured everything would be as promised. Needless to say, I turned the delivery man away when he showed up with a mostly cheese pizza. I would avoid this place like the black plague if you considering a specialized pizza.
I asked for a large pizza with peperoni and mushrooms, extra cheese and extra sauce. I then asked what quantities the wings came in, was told 6, 8 and 16. I asked the price on the 8 qty and the cashier looked dumbfounded and I had to ask again. I ended up ordering 3 orders of wings and the pizza and was told $39 something. My response was, how much was the pizza. I was the told, oh my bad, $32.39 was the total. Uh, what happened, why did me simply asking how much the pizza cost result in $7.00 being taken off of the price. Really sounds shady to me. I still never received an answer as to the actual price of the pizza and the receipt was not itemized. Maybe because i asked, there was a discount applied or maybe there was already a special that he forgot about?
Charging $3.25 because you send out a driver? And the driver gets none of that? Sorry no way....ripoff!
The best Papa John's store in CSRA. Employees are always friendly and responsive. Marcos is no where close to being as good. Always hot and fresh pizza.
