The entire experience was so positive that I'll be recommending Jimmy John's for all future catering needs, luncheons, outings and any other time where sandwiches are the perfect food!
I called 20 minutes before they were set to close. (For those that have never worked in food service, that means the cleaning was almost done and most of the food stuffs were covered, lables, and ready for the next day). I asked for a platter and the guy that answered was super friendly. I did I didn't care what kind of sandwiches they were, and that printout him to ask who they were for. I told him my wife's water has just broken and they were for the midwives. He says "I'll have them ready in 5 minutes, I'll maker you the most popular sandwiches and put the Mayo on the side so yet last through the night!". AWESOME! I got there 6 minutes later and they were already in the bag ready to go! The young man and two young ladies all wished my family luck and congratulated us as well.
