Great clips hair salon. Terrible. Went in to get a trim by Anne. She checked me in. She had a client and two waiting for her. As she completed the third client a Mom with three kids entered. They had pre-registered on line. Anne started on the first child. I was not told when I entered that there were so many ahead of me. If I knew I would have come back later. I left, as l had already waited 45 minutes. I will never go back. Very disappointed.
