We just moved from across the country and this was our first time at Moe's. The food is great! The staff are so friendly! The lady who helped us (I think her name is Ash) went above and beyond. She let us know about a coupon that we could use and the phone app for the rewards points. She was so nice and even got our shy little toddler to smile. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
Greetings used to better when you walk in, but it's not the same. Very less energy to it. But the food is good.
Overall my experience was enjoyable. There was one line worker there who had the most polite of manners that I've seen from a fast food worker in a while. Unironically, I believe the employee's name to be Ian. However one of the managers was severely lacking in manners or even kindness, though I am not sure of his name. All in all, not a bad time. Great burritos!!!
Got the Homewreaker with steak this time and it was awesome! Service is always great as well.
