I asked to have my calligraphy addressed, wax sealed invitations hand cancelled ( so as to not mess up the wax or calligraphy by going through the postal machine) . The lady at the counter said there was" not a chance" that hand cancelling would be done there . She referred me to the supervisor, Tabitha, who indeed would not do it. I did go elsewhere and another branch was very accommodating and polite and did honor my request. The Evans branch has a lot to be desired in the way of customer service, and that starts with the supervisor!
A lot faster than the Martinez post office . Super friendly employees. I prefer this one in Evans!
This post office is horrible. Specifically the manager or whatever female keeps answering the phone to handle customer service issues. I contacted this facility on 27 Mar 17 to inform them that I believe they placed my mail in the wrong box. As I began to explain my issue, the woman on the other end immediately got frustrated and had an attitude. She continuously told me I was giving her bad information despite the fact that I was looking at the USPS tracker in front of me. At one point I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. This facility and it's management do not car about your lost mail, or any other issues pertaining to customer service. This is the second time I've had an issue with this post office losing my mail. I will be routing my issue up to the next level today with hopes of finding out what the problem is. I hope they change the management at this facility soon, as of right now the customer service is piss poor.
Horrible work ethic at the Evans office. Delivery driver refused to delivery mail when cars were parked on the street near our mailbox. We are currently moving and have a storage container in our drive way rendering only one parking spot. He even talked to our HOA president to see if they could do anything about this and they said no. My wife caught him outside our house on 4 May 17 and asked him if he was planning to deliver the mail today and he said no. I'm going to there office on Monday to get to the bottom of this substandard service. Oh and by the way, some of the mail was certified with a tracking number which contained my blood pressure medicine and will have to do without for two days because of this lazy employee.
I mailed two cards on the 2nd of October and they still have not arrived. I called and they said their is nothing they can do about it. I will never send anything though this office again
