Beuitful space great place to go for a walk or take kids to play

One of my favorite things about Columbia County! From big-ticket concerts by Augusta's own Lady Antebellum, to amazing charity concerts like the Masters Week staple "Rock Fore Dough!" with Darius Rucker. Just an awesome place in a peaceful setting with great space, sound, and concessions.

Just saw Clint Black at the Lady A. Great show, great venue but poorly managed. Had to get in one line to buy tickets for food and beverages and then separate lines for everything else. Couldn't even get a sprite from the beverage tent even though they had sprite for mixed drinks. Wanted to eat but too much trouble to get into another line for food. Paid fire reserved 1st 3 rows seating which was supposed to come with an express line for beer but no one told the vendors that. Great opening act -- Joshua Thompson -- never advertised. Had I known they would be there I'd have brought their CD and tried to get it autographed. Tried to sit on the wall bordering the standing room only area in front of the stage between The opening act and main show but a cop said that wasn't allowed. We could sit in the 2nd row seats we paid for or stand in front of the stage, but not sit in between. Dumb, right? Again. A great show but the organizers should talk to the people who put on the Big and Rich show at the Lady A last year. That was first class all the way, at least for those of us who paid for VIP tickets.

Seems exciting cause it's so conveniently located in the heart of Evans buttttt the parking is bad first off! Second the layout it terrible! They spent all that money and couldn't add some dirt to make it tilted towards the stage at all?? Unless you are one of the first 500 people there its near impossible to see the band on stage. Plus the way the sound goes out into the crowds sucks. If you're in the back middle it sounds like your listening to the band while sitting outside somebody's car with the doors closed and the windows up. If you get in the VIP or right up front its not bad. All that said i'll still be going to concerts here! Do still love the atmosphere of it all!

I love and highly please with this park. Even crowded, it still feels nice!!
