customer service I give Just Bed POOOOOOOR... They don't return phone calls like they should and they don't pickup the phone when you call. When I called and spoke to Penny she was Short and Rude tells me that she will have JEFF call me I feel shifted and I guess I have to dispute my issue with my credit card company etc.
Just Beds did a great job of helping us find the perfect mattress for us. They took their time and let us know all our options. I really liked this place cause they spent the time to educate us. Thanks! Looking forward to our iComfort.

Having problem with this company and Serta not replacing a bed I bought only 7 months ago that has broken down and the foundation on top of that is weak. Still fighting them for my bed to be replaced. Even though they had a bed inspection done stating the obvious that it is broken but, due to a few small tiny stains on the mattress the warranty company is refusing. Absolutely Ridiculous!!! The stains have nothing to do with the bed breaking down in less than a year!! I could maybe see this if it was several years old, but it isn't even 1 year old!!!!! It is only 7 months old. They didn't have a problem taking our old mattress and box springs from our home to replace it with what we have now. This to me is NOT acceptable!!!!!!! That should not even be a reason to refuse when it is clearly broke down and now my husbands and my back are killing us due to this crap we bought. My mother-in-law bought her bed there too the very same day and is complaining of her bed breaking down too.
