I met with Barry Middleton at Tisdale-Middleton law firm about a construction issue for which I believed the city of Augusta was culpable. He suggested I had a strong case, but was honest and forthright enough to explain during the consult the costs of this case would likely offset any judgements. Instead of leaving it at that and getting back to the bigger cases, he went above and beyond to make many helpful suggestions and carefully lay out my potential options. On Barry's advice I spoke with my local council woman, who agreed the city would issue a payment and legal release to cover the costs of the repair. A few weeks later the check came and the repairs were performed. Even though they didn't even take my case, I got the result I was seeking from Tisdale-Middleton without having to go to court, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking counsel or advice for similar matters. My wife & I were in a really challenging situation, my wife & I were being stalked/harassed by a community adult bully and our first attorney significantly added to our vulnerabilities and the potential for the stalking/harassment to continue (e.g. our first attorney joyfully received our money and then left us alone and in desperate need of being rescued).
