Ruined Brand new evening dress - never worn - by steaming in grease stains that were not on the dress before taking it to them and stretching outer materials. Owner offered to have it sent off to one of their associates for analysis, which would cost me $45 to prove it wasn't their fault. Also, had to have brand new shirt, just out of the package cleaned 3 times because of grease stains on collar. Horrible service, horrible attitude, extremely rude manager and "in your face" owner. Said grease was from "one of the machines". Have used Brickles many times in past. NEVER again!
This place is quick and provided great service. My curtains never looked better!
Do NOT go here. The manager was completely unprofessional after ruining a mother of the bride's dress AND left burn marks/grease stains on the collar of the father of the bride's shirt. They completely denied all responsibility, refused to pay for it, and acted very rude about the entire situation. He got into her face and acted terribly. Not worth the money or the worry!
Brickle's ruined my black & white blazer. When I spoke with Kim about it, she denied responsibility, was very rude and refused to compensate me for it. She told me that I should have known that the chemicals they use would cause the black to bleed into the white. That blazer had been dry cleaned previously by other cleaners without any problems. Another blazer that was a light shade of pink came back grayish. I won't be taking any more clothing to them.
NEVER use this place!! They ruined my mother's dress the week before my wedding after she took it is to be steamed. They also ruined my father's white shirt. Grease stains all over both and the hem stretched out on the dress on on side. They refused to take any responsibility for their actions!! Stating the stains were there before we took them in. There is no way there were stains on a dress and shirt that had never been worn before. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your time and money for another place that will actually do a good job and probably take responsibility for their mistakes!
