I've used Bob Turman's agency since 2001. I've been with State Farm for over 30 years. This is by far the most friendly staff you will find. The are personal, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
they don't seem to know what they're doing, each one has to ask another how to do something... I paid in full and every week I get letters stating I owe something... tho when I ask I get told I'm good for 6 months don't worry about it... many other problems, too many too bring up. oh not too mention, this Bob turman has never showed his face nor spoke out so if he's real or who knows
