The absolute friendliest staff I've ever encountered and painless experience. When I went back for the Doctor, he was friendly and stayed and talked about my issues for a good amount of time. Then to my surprise, called and checked on me twice after to make sure I was okay. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone!
I have been here twice. Once for myself and another for one of my children. The staff is friendly and we received excellent care both times.
AWFUL!!!!! The staff was extremely rude. Melissa Ann and their MA Rhea both refused to let me speak with a doctor. I said I'd wait on hold as long as I needed to. I've never had such a terrible experience and definitely will not recommend this place to anyone I know. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have been coming there for a while now as my primary care physician and spent hundreds of dollars here. I needed to ask the doctor if she could call in a minor prescription (NOT a narcotic) Just one pill used to treat a YEAST INFECTION. (AS IF THAT ISNT EMBARRASING ENOUGH) and they initially said they would. Then called back to tell me very rudely that they won't do it. I asked over and over to speak to the doctor because I just had surgery and I can't drive, so I have someone offering to pick up the prescription for me from.the pharmacy and I live about 40 minutes away. They laughed at me and said the doctor isn't going to care. And then after waiting on hold for 30+ minutes another lady picks up the phone and speaks to me saying that if I am no longer a "member" it's fraud for them to call in a prescription for me. And then she hung up on me.
Been two times and each time was in and out quickly. They were super nice and friendly. Took the otc products that she recommended and felt great the next day.
Membership for Primary Care is a waste. You essentially have to repeat your medical history to them each visit due to their record keeping issues (for example I provided my medical records from my previous PCP at my first visit, but none of the providers ever saw them). I've seen multiple providers here, and none of them ever know you've seen the other, even when they had you come back for follow up. Wait times are short each time I've been. The doctors are nice, but aren't responsive to typical primary care requests, like refills. They routinely submit your scripts to the wrong pharmacy, in my experience. The front desk staff can make you wish you were sliding down a razor blade into a pool of lemon juice instead of dealing with them, or can be incredibly great...just depends on which day you go...but most times it's the awful ones. I can't stress enough, if you need a primary care, this ain't the place. Maybe the urgent Care is better...can't say I'd ever bother with trying.
