Absolutely worst service ever. Ordered a patio door and had to pay for door, accessories, and dog door add on up front. Then they rescheduled install four times. No notice. They just no showed me. No apology or refund. Total disappointment. Go to Home Depot across the street.
Returned paint got card replaced paint cashier claimed card had 0 balance, had to wait 30 min to find out the whole time card was good.no apologies Home Depot here I come, just dropped 300 on carpet. Usually spend 4-6k in DYI projects a year. Bad move!!
Great experience in this store. Purchased washer and dryer after they matched Costco's price including delivery and installation . Matching the price needed a good number of transactions at the register. Outstanding customer service from Josh, Alison, Anita, and manager on duty Jonathan.

Ordered a dryer & received great delivery service. They said they'd be there between 12&4 and arrived at 12:45. And they called 1/2 hour before they came. Great & careful installation.
