Picked up a prescription for a friend and waited way too long. They seemed not to care how long a person had to wait.
Kroger in Evans is not as large as other local stores. It is usually clean, though not as well stocked as other stores. It has more of a neighborhood feel & shoppers help each other & help keep shoplifting down & shoplifters arrested!
Let's be clear, not all Kroger's are the same. We shopped at the one on Washington Rd. in Evans. The only reason I didn't give five stars was the mushroom choices and lack of gluten free stuffing mix.
Standard Kroger's service level; need to keep store cleaner, lackluster employees. Kroger trys to match Walmart's pricing level and ends up reaching their same substandard service level, as well.
Always too long waiting in line. No fault of cashiers. They have all been nice.
Fresh produce. Great deli and butcher. Very helpful employees. Had a Starbucks inside the store.
