BEWARE ALL Military and Veterans ..I am writing this because as a Veteran my experience was horrible. Purchased equipment from MAC Electronic and tried to return it and the owner came up with some bogus return policy. The equipment was still in the original package , never open never used and the Owner stated he had a return policy but could not show it to me; no where in the store was written not even on receipt. Customer service is horrible as Soldiers and Veterans we should beware of places that conduct business in this manner.
MAC Electronics did an incredible job installing a custom stereo system in my GMC Canyon. After market door speakers, 4 channel amp and a custom under seat enclosure for a 10in sub woofer. This was done professionally and at a very reasonable price. I have done business with MAC Electronics for years and will continue to. Leon and his staff can handle any car or home audio needs you may have.
Friendly, knowledgeable customer service and competitive pricing! I appreciate the professional manner in which they dealt with me. I had a car stereo picked out in about 5 minutes since I knew what I features/brand I wanted already. The unit comes with a 3 yr warranty. Some of the parts were not on hand, so I scheduled an appointment for later in the day. The total installation (Sony unit with BT Audio/external Mic/ steering wheel adapter) was complete in about an hour on the same day!! I will definitely shop here again. Bonus - there are several very good restaurants right next to the store to eat at while waiting for your install.
These guys totally blew away Anything Audio down the street (who were the worst business I've ever been too) Great pricing, customer service, knowledge, timeliness and business ethic! Custom made a box for my 78 Chevy Monte Carlo in 2 days and installed 2 amps head unit 2 12s and front and rear components and fixed my cig lighter to boot! On top of it all he quoted me a price and forgot to add the component speakers in when he gave me the price and he honored the deal. Leon you are the man bro thanks for the hook up on my ride!
