Always great sales reps and I seem to always save way more than I expected. $250 worth of clothes for $79.87 with tax
Purchased a crock pot for $29.99. Got it home and it was defected. Took it back forgetting my receipt. However, it was purchase the day before and they placed Kohls tape on the box. Went to customer service to turn it in and they priced it at $19.99. Showed management the price on the floor. The manager said that is just the way they do business. No receipt, you only get back what the cockpit sold for at its cheapest price. He then said that walmart will not do nothing for you unless you have a receipt. Told him to not talk about anything he does not know. Walmart will do a replacement or give you a walmart gift card for your return. Poor business.
Good and clean store. Bedding department is more expensive than other stores. I recommend waiting and going with your coupons. Children's section and shoe section are two of the best sections in the store in my opinion.
Always great deals at Kohls. Don't forget to use your Kohls Kash. Love this place
