Went to get my catalytic converter welded on my Ford ranger. The welds were very sloppy. I've seen better work when I took welding at Evans high school.. then they told me I needed new coil packs and that they cost $461 with labor and all.. they told me it would take bout 2 hours to do. First off, none of them are certified, not even the owner. But they'll charge you like they are. I only had them weld the cat on. I went and got the coil packs myself, had em on in 5 min. Then to make matters worse, I found money missing from my center console that I had just put there after having stopped at mc donalds right before giving them my keys. I'll be there tomorrow with the cops and will definitely be calling the BBB over this. I recommend you look elsewhere. You'll end up saving money.
Went there to rent a uhaul because I thought I got a good deal. They told me to return at noon the next day. I came back thirty minutes early to drop off the keys and get it out of the way and no one was there. There was only a sign saying out to lunch, with no return time. I thought, maybe they were picking up food and would hurry back. So I hurried to Shane's Ribshack and returned 3 minutes early and waited until 1:15. The workers returned 30 minutes before that but were locked out. During out wait we saw a dozen cars pull in and leave because too many people were waiting. I'd have never waited so long if it wasn't for wanting my deposit refund. The owner told me he would credit me the miles that they themselves had driven but charged me anyway. I brought it up, he gave me a receipt and shooed me away before I could ask any more questions. I went over the receipt and asked for explanations but he didn't seem to have the time because he was rushing so much due to him having been closed for TWO HOURS. The man was short and rude. After waiting for so long I lost most of my desire to demand my refund. I had initially thought the credit was for him having been so late and unprofessional but he quickly corrected that. That man deserves nothing decent that comes to him. Please find your business elsewhere..
This place is a joke I was getting a quote for a uhaul and I told him to wait a min and that idiot ran my credit card anyways. Went to go look at the auto transport tires were 1/32 left and dryrotted like crazy. They told me they would be safe and I had to drive 700 miles. Told them to get it the beep off my truck your not killing me. They wouldn't refund my money place is a joke. Taking to uhaul now my credit card company and then a lawyer.
