It was nice new car, and I had no problems during the rental period, othervtgan the 8 hour delay waiting to get picked up. On the day I was to return the car, I called to pay my remaining balance and to get instructions for returning the car after hours. I confirmed my balance due with two different representatives, paid my bill in full and returned the car as agreed. Two days later my credit card was charged an unexpected $332, basically an extra 11 days, at the $30 per day rate agreed. I have disputed the extra charges, and Enterprise claims it's an oversight on their part but the charges are legitimate. I recorded the calls with both representatives inquiring into my outstanding balance, and plan to give the the recordings to my credit card company and dispute the charges. Not a good conclusion to an otherwise good experience. I was a repeat customer, but will shop elsewhere after this negative experience.
The return was even easier than the pick up...and I didn't even think that was possible. What I thought for sure was going to be a fluke turned out to be repeated when I dropped the car off!
Fastest pick up I have ever experienced with a rental car company. Car was in supreme condition, staff was friendly, professional, and efficient!
I typically have a good experience with this location except for two issues...I check the air pressure in the tires every time I rent because I ended up in the middle of nowheresville with a low tire pressure alarm. So now I check every time and I usually find I need to add air to one or more tires. My other pet peeve is that the location does not fill the tank. So the car you rent may come with anything from 1/4 to a full tank. I always return full instead of with some partial amount I started out with...
I will use these guys every time I need a rental!
People there were friendly. The car was very nice as expected with a newer car, only had 9k miles when I picked it up. Reason for the 1 star rating, is it has been 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive my 50 dollar rental deposit back. Was promised it would be refunded the day after I returned the car. Called and was told "Oh it'll take 3 to 5 business days."
I've always had a good experience renting from this location.
