Saturday staff: Terrible service and extremely slow. I've never seen so many people waiting so long. No sense of urgency and no smiles or kindness. And my drink was wrong. I didn't bother getting it fixed. I just wanted to leave by then.
A fine Starbucks in an unlikely place.
Always clean and so dang convenient. May be slow at times but, so dang convenient.
When I walked up to the register, I had to wait several moments before the Starbucks employee would even look up from texting on his phone to even notice my presence. Once he saw me he said "Hello" and continued texting for a bit, then once he finally finished he put his phone down and asked how he could help me. I ordered two iced coffees, was then told they were out. The young lady told me she could make some but would take a few minutes which I agreed to wait. After several minutes of waiting, the lady comes back to tell me she was wrong and they didn't even have anymore iced coffee to make. This location has pathetic customer service, and is terribly slow so there is no excuse to be out of Iced coffee. Very disappointed.
Led here by a random Google for some decent coffee in an unfamiliar town, I was surprised to find myself at a Kroger grocery store - but all was well, for this 'bucks proved to be every bit as comfy as any "proper," standalone location. Which is to say: good coffee, good atmosphere, good folks; just in a grocery store (it proved convenient for me, as it so happened, because I needed some food and stuff afterward). Actually, this Starbucks visit was especially nice, first when they ran out of grande cups and so gave me a free upgrade, and, second, simply from the particularly warm barista and the super-relaxed vibe.
Everytime I order something from here it is bitter. Tastes like there is no syrup in it. Just don't get what I pay for.
When all was said and done, I was glad I'd been Googled to this Star-Kroger, for I really enjoyed my time there. I'm thankful to the staff, who made possible this positive experience. Keep up the good work :D
