My color is always done to perfection as well as my style. My stylist is Dawn Meggd, but I believe that all of the stylist at the salon are very talented individuals. The salon at self is very posh and lovely.
I left this salon feeling taken advantage of and ripped off. I got my hair washed and cut. I expected to pay $28 as their website states a cut is $28. When Maci checked me out she told me I owed $40. I asked her if the price for a cut on their website was $28 & up. She told me yes so I paid her $40 and tipped her 20% based on that amount. When I got home I checked their website again and their site clearly states cuts are $28, not $28 & up. I called the salon and asked Maci why she charged me $40, bringing to her attention what the website lists for the cost of services. She explained that a wash and cut is $40. I told her I felt taken advantage of and that I didn't understand why a wash and cut is $40 when a wash, cut, and blow dry is also $40. I also told her that the salon's website doesn't list the cost for just a wash and cut. Further, I've always had my hair washed in order to be cut and have never been charged extra for my hair to be washed. It has always been included in the service at every other salon I've ever been to. Maci apologized but did not offer to honor the price of the cut that's listed on their website.
I was really hoping to find a salon and stylist that I could trust. I didn't find that here.
Worst hair cut and style I've ever had. Wanted a nice cut I could easily style. That is not what I got. Hair was cut too short and one side of has a big gap in it.
As for my cut, I was just getting a simple cut. No special or dramatic style. I'm satisfied with the way Maci trimmed my hair but I don't love it. The length of the layers is weird and doesn't seem to flow nicely.
